Find out how much plumbers, HVAC technicians and electricians are paid in NC

0

The United States is currently in the grip of a shortage of skilled workers.

Overall, the country does not have enough qualified electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians and carpenters to meet the demand. A recent study found that many of the most in-demand jobs go vacant for at least a month. It comes as millions of Americans who were laid off at the start of the coronavirus are looking for work.

That being said, not all labor markets are the same. While it should be fairly easy to find work in all 50 states, the amount of work is different by state. To find the states where home service workers are paid the most, ServiceTitan analyzed June 2020 data from Payscale. The average homeworker’s salary was calculated by averaging the salary of entry-level, intermediate, and senior workers in each state. HVAC technicians, plumbers, and electricians were all included in the dataset, which can be viewed nationwide here.
